Overseer aspects of Operations, Cruise Operations and Maintenance Introduced the Racking System, which increased the square footage of the warehouse storage space to allow for the tracking of cargo from destination to the warehouse by our Customer, Customs and the Port Authority. Use Business Process Improvement strategy to improve efficiency in the process of 'clearing' goods which easily took a day reducing the time by several hours. Additionally, Container operations were improved by creating more space. Our improved operations allowed the company to earn the Most Improved Port Award Operationalize the Ferry Terminal, which was previously not in use. Assist with the preparation of Board Reports. Used data analysis to monitor operations in Cruise and Container operations Lead a project, which expanded the square footage to increase shopping for tourist at the Cruise Ship and Ferry Terminal.
