  After one year as Manufacturing Development Manager in Czech Republic operation I moved to Technical and Supply Chain Director , Romania. I had complete Functional responsibility for four large Breweries with over 1,500 employees. In addition I had Group Technical responsibility including Procurement, Planning and Capital investment responsibilities (annual €100 million spend) plus a Central Technical Team which includes NPD and Health and Safety, Environmental and Quality compliance gave me complete supply chain responsibility for the operation. I was also responsible for Warehousing and Distribution throughout Romania

I started with Dale Farm dairies in January `02 as General Manager Ingredients before being promoted to the position of General Manager of Ingredients, Liquid Milk and Yogurt and ultimately Group Head of Manufacturing as above
