I am currently employed as a line cook at L'Auberge Hotel in Del Mar,CA. I work full time on the garde manger and grill stations at the hotel's restaurant, Kitchen 1540. My duties include preparation of appetizers, salads, meat entrees, and desserts. The restaurant's cuisine is regarded as coastal cuisine. The style of this particular concept draws on the influence of many cultures including Asian, French, Italian.
