Bio
Jose Del Castillo
Julian is a very driven individual. I have seen him develop his nonprofit, the Bags of Love Foundation, from the ground up. He has excellent delegating skills that he utilizes to plan and execute his various events alongside his team. As a leader, he is good at accepting criticism and receiving feedback. Julian is open to new ideas especially if they are for the benefit of the team. I have been apart of the Bags of Love team from the very beginning and watching Julian grow into the leader that he is now has been inspiring!

Julian was excellent in his pursuit of a board position with the OC Hispanic Youth Chamber of Commerce. After obtaining the position of Co-Director of Marketing of the organization, he has been instrumental in giving the organization marketing exposure, both in general and specifically for the round table discussions we have had, and have planned for the future. Julian is remarkably doing this while carrying a full load of classes at Cal State Northridge, and leading the non -profit organization he founded. We are lucky to have Julian's marketing expertise on the OCHYCC Board of Directors!
