It has been a great pleasure to work closely with Julian during his time at CheckYeti. Julian is a real asset to any company and any team. He brings everything that I believe is key to success: strong commitment, persistence in pursuing goals and leading by example. It has been a pleasure to see Julian evolve from an operational role to a team leader role in a short period of time. During his time as a sales representative, it was always great to see him close leads and achieve his personal goals brilliantly. His healthy competitiveness stood out and had a great positive impact on the overall team dynamic. Shortly after, he was promoted to Head of Sales thanks to his great personal and professional growth in his operational role. Managing a young team was certainly a challenge in itself, but the results showed that Julian managed to steer his team in the right direction and help them achieve their ambitious team goals. His great motivational skills were certainly key to this. I highly recommend Julian to anyone looking for a determined, motivated, and results-oriented team player and leader.
