I focused on developing strong communication skills and learning the booking software. I engaged with guests, aided in check-ins, inquiries, and delivered the Scandic-brand of customer service. Collaborating with the reception team, I assisted in managing reservations, coordinating guest needs, and maintaining a welcoming environment. This apprenticeship provided me with hands-on experience with administrative tasks, such as record-keeping and correspondence, while cultivating an understanding of Scandic's operations. And again, multi-tasking here was essential as I handled various payments while assisting in bagging items. Through this role, I cultivated my problem-solving skills, and maintaining a positive atmosphere in the store.
