Julian is a cornerstone of Catena Media. When I first joined Catena Media, we did not have a solid tech strategy and direction. Julian was one of the pillars who helped the department flourish into what it is today. It was not an easy street with many frustrations on the way, though he kept his cool, helped and brought serious value into what we have now. Julian is a superb developer and human :) He is organised, structured, intelligent and really thinks things through. He gives his heart and soul to what he does and treats it very much as if it were his own, going out of his way to make things right, make things happen and make things better. Over and above this, he has a great sense of humour and is a kind soul. I see him managing his own team/department one day, as he possesses both the technical ability and social skills. Great guy, great asset for any team.
