I hired Julia to be the Meetings/Events Manager at Cassidy Turley in June, 2010. Julia joined us at time when our firm was new and there were a lot of moving parts. Her first task was to take over the planning of our first national sales conference which would involve 1,000 attendees. Julia hit the ground running, exhibited great flexibility and and covered every single detail. Our conference was a huge success! Julia is a self starter, very organized and very reliable. She is collaborative and always ask questions and/or for help when needed. Julia’s characteristics and work ethic gave me the confidence that things were getting done correctly and that she did not need to be micro-managed. Collectively, I found Julia’s style to be spot on for what is needed for someone in charge of events for an organization.
