I led the development and implementation of all creative youth development programming for 3,000 youth across Los Angeles. Programs include the Student Ambassador Program, school-based artist residencies, college access services, enrichment and action programs, and multi-session arts- and action-based projects such as Teens and Government in Action. I conceptualized and piloted the Neighborhood Program, where over 10 sessions youth collaborate with a Teaching Artist to explore the assets and challenges of their community. The Neighborhood Program now operates at 5 sites and serves 100 youth/year. Show less
