Dare IT Mentoring is a 3-month program where I worked with my mentor on my software development skills - both frontend and backend. My Mentor was Ula Kowalska, Web Team Lead at EL Passion. Within the program, I've also improved my soft skills (e.g. time management, giving feedback, team work), and learnt about working in Agile and Scrum. With over a dozen candidates for every place, qualifying for the program is a real achievement and I'm very proud to have participated in it.
