• Library Technical Assistant - Assists library user at the circulation desk daily, assisting students, faculty, staff with information material printed or non-print material, processing new books. Overlook workstudy students and prepare their hourly schedule. • Performing electronic scanning of material on an annual basis to confirm inventory control. • Collect & prepare material for binding, and maintain binding records. • Coordinate book display for faculty, staff, and students. • Re-process library material that need to be relocated in library system, & print labels • After library material has been weeded from the collection determined by the reference librarian, remove from shelf, and system, remove CIP page attached the barcode, place on shelf or send to the appropriate faculty. • Monthly statistics for library attendance. • Trouble shoot computers and copiers. • Daily close out of register & library receipts for daily acquisitions • Reserves Update every semester. • Every month delete books from OCLC. • Process Intra- Campus loans for students as needed. • Coordinate library computer usage, including assistance to students and faculty.
