Designed, developed, and administer an electronic enrollment process for qualifying Life Events using UltiPro Software. Reconcile invoices with the accounting department on a monthly basis from BCBS of Alabama, Delta Dental, VSP Vision, MetLife, Liberty Mutual, PayFlex (HealthHub), VSP, UNUM, Travelers, HCC (Stop-Loss carrier) Humana and Behavioral Health Systems (EAP provider). Handle all worker's compensation and short term disability claims and act as a liaison between employees and providers. Ensure that the company is following all Department of Labor requirements for FMLA. Administer COBRA notifications and payments with our 3rd party provider. Fields general HR questions from employees regarding company policies, benefits, PTO, compensation, and procedures.
