  As Senior Manager of WellTraxx I manage all aspects of the customer service policies, objectives and initiatives. Providing mentoring, leadership and organization to Team Leads and the entire customer service team. Along with overseeing the creation and implementation of efficient, balanced workflows that maximize efficiency and produce high levels of service quality and customer satisfaction. I am also monitor and measure team performance metrics and volume to develop company standards, improvements or changes to workflows and resource allocations. Along with daily inquiries, I’m involved with our clients, Lawyers and Accounts regarding land purchases, estate planning with breaking down well portfolios, the direction of payments and assignments. Really becoming that source our clients can call and know that we will have an energy contact to connect with and get the discrepancies and unknowns figured out.
