Intelligent, proactive, team player and results-oriented leader-these are the words that come to mind when I think of Julia. I’ve had the privilege of knowing Julia for the past two years since I’ve been the advisor for the Case Engineers Council student organization. Julia has held executive positions in this organization for the past two years. I’ve been most impressed with Julia’s drive to take initiative and get things done in a timely manner. For example, Julia taught herself how to use design software and created some of the most impressive design posters used for the Case School of Engineering’s high profile annual banquet (over 600 guests attend each year including major donors and corporate sponsors). She also created the designs ahead of schedule, which is not an easy feat for a busy engineering student. I don’t know what I will do when Julia graduates! As a leader or a team member, Julia earns my highest recommendation.
