  I led a student-led NGO, working alongside other members to teach English to underprivileged children in the outskirts of São Paulo. I increased size of project by 35% within 1 year by restructuring the syllabus and teaching strategy. I also worked with public school’s coordinator to understand their needs and structure the project and funds to better support the students; organised fund-raising events.
