Employed by Wiltshire college to deliver the Adviza National Careers Service contract to individuals 18+ at Salisbury campus:Delivering 1;1 professional and impartial careers advice and guidance to individuals 18 and over to help them overcome barriers to progression in learning and work. Sessions would cover cv writing, skills analysis, identifying training and employment opportunities and creating SMART action plansSessions would also be delivered in local JCP, outreach centres such as Childrens centres and in military learning centres.Also delivering to community organisations such Alabare and individuals from the local women's refuge. Supported and promoted the military JEMS project to adult military dependants and the Building Heroes programme to military veterans.As part of a team from Wiltshire college travelled across Germany to military bases to promote opportunities in Wiltshire and at Wiltshire college to the returning military families.
