I work on a project that focuses on post translational modifications that are related to certain cancers. I perform experiments using oncohistones/modified peptides and probe for related proteins. I apply my skills as a problem solver to create and adjust protocols. I also perform standard lab tasks that aid in keeping the lab running such as: loading tip boxes, cleaning glass wear, organizing inventory, and making stock solutions.
