VanHack is a recruitment and career coaching company focused on connecting international tech talents with Canadian and European Companies.• Responsible for HR and Success departments leading a multicultural team of 7 people who are located in 4 countries (Nigeria, Venezuela, India, and Brazil).• Built the VanHack HR department, assisting the company in its expansion and professionalization.
