Julia stands out in the crowd, because she is alive with wonder and she exudes a joyful radiance. Julia stands out in the crowd because she is smart and funny and humane and willing to do the drudge work and the fancy work all with the same gusto. While we worked together at HP I could count on Julia to bring up the energy in the meeting, to find the solution(s) with more winners, to have for sure the best clothes and nails and attitude. At HP, they seem to want people with Julia's abilities: to lead, to challenge, to work hard- and sometimes those same abilities are challenging for some people to actually handle. Thinking and changing takes a lot of guts and takes a lot of time. Julia is an iconoclast. She has a wonderful future before her and I am delighted that she is using her strengths to build the world she wants to share with others. Shine on, you crazy diamond.
