I had the pleasure to attend a joint company activity which merged leaders in both the nutraceutical and food & beverage space, where Julia co-hosted the event. Within this short amount of time, I observed Julia's vast and talented skillset. Julia was in charge of multiple activities throughout the day which included custom flavor and formula development, ingredient and nutraceutical education, dietetics, food science, sales and customer service. Julia was working from the beginning to the very end of the day, I did not see her take a break for a second. She constantly made sure she was available for questions, service and support. Julia possesses and extreme level of observation and customer service. There were several times throughout the activity where Julia would recall experiences and information that blew everyone in the room away.
