I was supervised by a registered nurse who assisted me in clinical nursing skills, medication administration, patient evaluations, and facility charting. My primary job as a patient services assistant on the Memory Care Unit was to assist up to ten residents a day with performing their activities of daily living which included hygiene, transportation, eating, and safety.
