  Monitor employees while on shift. Identify and schedule training for Bench Technicians, PM/Install crew, Floor Attendants, and Management as directed by the Gaming Operations Director Evaluate all bench technicians on a quarterly basis. Ensure compliance with gaming regulations in all aspects of the bench technician department while protecting the integrity of the department and casino. Work closely with the Gaming Director to stay informed of new projects and any technical needs for themselves or the department. Collaborate and communicate with other departments, vendors, and manufacturers. Perform all Bench Technician I, II, and III duties including installations, conversions, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of slot machines when required. Notify the Video Gaming Director of written policy and procedure need and produce these as directed. Maintain current knowledge of changes with the resort, utilizing Outlook to communicate with other supervisors and employees. Meet with gaming vendors on regular basis.
