  Worked with the Sr. Vice President of Nursing as her Administrative Assistant. Projects overseen had to meet JHACO and OSHA guidelines for the hospital. Also, maintained Payroll for all nursing staff and Managers who worked under Nursing Administration. Maintained records for all nursing staff to ensure all licensure stayed current. Served as IT support for many departments throughout the hospital. Because this was voluntary, it was one of the reasons that the President of the facility nominated me as Employee of the Month for the hospital (which I received) as well as nominated for Employee of the Year.   Analyzed Oil & Gas leases. Input each lease into their computer system that specified certain criteria for each lease, ie, length of lease, if there were rental payments, what changed if and when a well would be drilled, etc. Also, research details if there was a death; obtain legal document to ensure proper inheritance was followed, etc. Leases would vary so depending on clauses, it would require that a Senior Lease Analyst sometimes work with various deparments to ensure all clauses were followed so there was no default on a lease. My districts were East Texas and Louisiana. Show less
