I recruited Jules to run the ID centre migration project at Gatwick and would be pleased to recommend him for future project management work. Jules did an excellent job running a critical, high risk transition project for Gatwick. He brought high levels of energy, attention to detail, good organisation and great interpersonal skills to the project. He was able to ensure the project team worked very well together and supported key workstreams to ensure this complexed project delivered to plan. Additionally he was also looking at transitional options and testing the status quo to ensure the best outputs from the project team. I would have no hesitation in working with Jules again and recommend his skill set to anyone looking for a great project manager.
