It is my job to respond to the daily inquiries and requests of my clients, while managing their expectations. When given a new account, I take them from introduction to the system, through demos and training, followed by onsite installation. This requires in-depth knowledge of system features and functionality, and includes an understanding of our complex AR/AP offerings. It is essential to have an understanding of the varied accounting modules that each client uses in order to ensure a successful launch.
