  I worked as a Project Manager and main user in Lean System ERP implementation with integrated Aton document management and Codemaster PDM tools in LapWall Oy. All the above systems were successfully implemented and timely taken into production use, and now are more in use and development phase. My responsibilities include defining of the new features with our staff and then take care of their implementation details together with the system provider. I've also done quite much tailoring to the system myself using SQL queries to make it more user-friendly and to match better our business processes.

  I joined Broadcom in another corporate acquisition when they bought the cellular baseband business from Renesas Mobile. I worked as a SW Principal Engineer running the operator requirement process for all the triple-mode platforms having modem IP requirements as my main responsibility area. The output of the work supported the sales activities for all platforms, and also offered important input for platform management planning. I also had trade compliance duties of ensuring that all the needed data was filed upon export e.g. encryption algorithms used in the modem generations, and any other relevant information for transportation of goods, into other countries.

  I joined Renesas Mobile roughly 6 months after Renesas Mobile had bought Nokias Wireless Modem unit in a corporate acquisition. I worked as a Program Manager starting and solely running the operator requirement process for all of the triple-mode (GSM/WCDMA/LTE) modem platforms including modem IP, RF, connectivity technologies, Android adaptation, graphics, audio etc. The output of the work supported the sales activities for our platforms, and also offered important input for platform management planning.
