One of the best qualities of Juho was his understanding of the business objectivities and how to translate these to IT goals. This skill is really valuable and needed when managing teams in IT.

I have collaborated with Juho throughout introduction of a ticketing system tool. The goal was to support business processes for Crayon’s Continues Services and improve internal communications. We faced many challenges, but in the end there was little to worry about due to Juho’s great work ethic and excellent ability to drive issues to completion. Juho is very talented in managing projects of various scale and building relationships, be it his customers or co-workers.
