Team lead.We (my team) are the link between modern agile software development and marketing - turning technical features into user benefits and communicating that in a data driven manner to users around the globe. We help our designers in consumer understanding, bring the feedback of our users to our developers for fast bug fixing and deliver the user feedback so that our products represent truly our users. We have been in key role on building a mobile solution with modern marketing automation and analytics tools that is now also scaled for some well known sports brands in the world. We are the super-users of those tools and teach our colleagues how to use them too in an efficient manner. We now run also Suunto's email marketing so one could already say we're the CRM team of Suunto. I have my hands in the partnership marketing as well, activating marketing activities in co-operation with our partners.Results speak for themselves - our user base is bigger than ever before, apps are used more (AVG session / user) by our users than before and we get more new users than before (mainly organically but supported by paid UA).

Sasta is a Finnish outdoor clothing company. My job at Sasta was to renew the brand by choosing the right channels of distribution and refreshing the marketing operations. Sasta achieved a lot of awareness for the brand with the use of social media and brand ambassadors. I also deepened the co-operation with the biggest clients and the domestic market did grow with these activities. I supported our Sales Director with the international activities also for example by meeting potential agents and organizing exhibition participations in international exhibitions. I worked with Sasta for ten years even though as an employee for three. I started co-operation with the company while being a member of their product development team with the goal to create skiing costume for freeskiers. I wrote my thesis also for Sasta how to build their brand in a successful way and was a member of their board for a year.

As a Sales Group Manager I had the privilege to work closely with the decision makers from different industries and with whom I still keep close contact. I was also a member of the executive group of the exhibition function alining the future strategies. I built up a lot of new content to the exhibitions in co-operation with the companies and organizations from different industries and from which many are still viable and successful.
