I had the great pleasure to work with Judy at Thalgo. She has a fantastic work ethic and her uplifting personality produces positive energy in the office. Judy knows how to deal with all customers and she is able to resolve any issues that arise. She is always proactive and very reliable in any task that she undertakes. Judy is also able to manage a lot of projects at the same time and knows how to prioritize them in order to stick with deadlines. I learned a lot while working with Judy and definitely recommend her - any company would be lucky to have her as a part of their team!

To Whom It May Concern: I am writing this letter of recommendation for Judy Connor. I have had the pleasure of working with Judy for the past three years. As a teacher at Fort Lauderdale High School (FLHS) I can say that the school would not be the outstanding school it is without her endless dedication and hard work. I have known Judy for the past three years working with her as a FLHS Student Advisory Council (SAC) member and Student Advisory Forum (SAF). The SAC/SAF is state mandate committee. As a member she assist in the accountability of the SAC/SAF budget, allocation of the funds, organization of meetings, and all communications. Judy has assisted in the managing of the state funds for student enrichment programs, making sure that there are adequate funds to continue current school initiatives, but also ensure there are a reserve of funds for future school initiatives. The funds that she is responsible for are audited for any discrepancies, and she ensures that they adhere to all state and district mandates. Judy has taken on the responsibility for coordinating all communications between parent organizations, parents, students and school employees. This is a difficult task with over 130 school employees, over 1300 students, and over 30 sports and activities. Prior to the arrival of Judy at FLHS the communication between the school and community was poor. Since her arrival to FLHS she has implemented weekly email updates closing the communication barrier that existed in the school. As a member of SAC/SAF, she also helps over the see the implementation of School Improvement Plan. This plan list the ways that school plans to improve the areas of need. Judy assist with implementation of community outreach goals and student support (afterschool tutoring, school spirit building). Judy has also taken on the role of coordinating parent and student volunteers. She connects parents and students will to assist teachers in need. She also coordinates a school supply drive for teachers who need classroom materials. The most endearing quality of Judy is that she does this all out of the kindness and compassion of her heart. Judy is so committed to giving back to her community not only does she help out at FLHS. She also assisted in coordinating the Broward County Schools Food Drive that feeds the students and families of Broward County Schools. This endeavor took days of planning and coordinating, along with days of hard work gathering the food for these families. I truly can say that Judy is an amazing lady, who is an inspiration to me. I am inspired how she takes on any task willingly and succeeds with the respect admiration of those around her. I know that any organization Judy decides to be part of will be as thankful as we are that she chooses to be part of that organization.
