  Responsible for the overall running of the Operations and Marketing in a 92 covers restaurant in Chester City Centre.Recruited and trained an experienced team, including Assistant Managers that remained with the business for many years. During my time in Chester I increased sales by 15%. I trained management team to such a high standard that following my promotion to Operations Managers they were promoted themselves to manage the restaurant day to day. During my time in charge I was able to lower holding stock, increase wet GP by 5%, food by 8% and maintain 26-28% wage bill. I increased sales by improving cover utilization and developing and exceptionally standards of customer service which resulted in strong customer loyalty and repeat footfall.
