Providing support in all relevant coral reef restoration activities.Provide lead in marine(coral reef) research, monitoring and maintenance-related activities.Assisting in identifying potential coral reef restoration sites under project managers' guide.Providing assistance to visiting students with their thesis/internship work particularly underwater research.Lead in ensuring clear database management of all different research work and data.Lead oversee proper storage and maintenance of research equipment.Lead in consistently updating the necessary manuals.Setting up new experiments and Following up on data collection, cleaning and maintenance.Data input and analysis by use of Image J software to assess different parameters like coral growth,benthic covers etc.Fish and benthic underwater surveys for reef monitoring.Making artificial reef structures used in coral reef restorationEducational outreach program member involved in teaching marine life species and conservationbenefits to nearby primary schools Show less

One week training on first aid skills together with the local youth. Did my final year project on assessing the roles of women in conservation of mangroves in Wasini Island.(collecting my data).
