I came to know Judy quite well over the time that I was a volunteer steering committee member of The Andovers Villages At Home (TAVAH). Judy and I worked together on various projects to get TAVAH off the ground. Judy was a great resource to me in better understanding the function of a village in allowing older adults to age at home. Judy worked cooperatively with other villages to obtain information that would assist TAVAH in its development. Judy exhibited a true dedication to building TAVAH and working cooperatively with the board as well volunteer staff. Judy was the personification of a team player. She constantly made herself available to help and mentor staff. She worked closely with TAVAH members and vendors. In so doing, she expressed a very professional yet friendly and gentle manner. In my experience Judy is a very compassionate and understanding person. She exhibits great attention to detail and possesses a strong work ethic. Judy worked creatively and assiduously with the board to maintain harmony within the organization and develop new funding sources. She is intelligent and engaging. She encourages staff members to stretch the limits of their capabilities. I would recommend Judy highly.
