Updates banking institution data with the same. Assists in banking matters. Verifies benefit time accruals and ensures accurate payment in accordance with state regulations. Assists all customers with payroll inquiries - both phone and email. Responsible for maintaining payroll policies that comply with state and federal regulations. Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks. Provides support and assists in training of new payroll process. Provides support to garnishment and tax specialty areas as needed. Duties, Accomplishments & Related Skills: ▪ Self-managed claims for efficient processing times; to include sending a file note to the adjuster working on the claim to dispatch or send an assignment to the body shop. Communicate with repair facilities regarding payments/damages. ▪ Responsible for arranging glass repair requests via the Safelite system, also experience with verifying glass coverage on insurance policies. Ability to demonstrate automotive, property and general liability insurance related claims skills. ▪ Manage vehicle rentals for both policyholders and claimants by navigating and scheduling rentals through third party vendors Enterprise Rentals and Hertz Rentals. Dispatch, manage and send assignments as received. ▪ Accurately entering the first notice of loss information, identifying those claims that require immediate adjuster or supervisor attention. ▪ Respond to status and inquiry calls from customers regarding policy and coverage information within authority. Appropriately transfer calls without inconveniencing the customer. Perform data entry of electronic first notice of loss and attachments. ▪ Actively report trends and/or service issues to the management team to ensure service levels to our customers and business partners are not impacted. ▪ Support an environment of continuous improvement by offering ideas and suggestions to improve the service level provided to our customers as well as help develop more efficient workflows.
