As a member of the first-year committee, I am working with the first-year engineering office to help first-year engineering students transition better into university. Some responsibilities include giving feedback, answering questions, listening to student's concerns, and directing students to the correct academic resources. Junior Innovation Analyst

A co-op placement where I collaborated and worked everyday with a team of five to create an innovative solution to a problem given by RBC. Applied the design thinking process to create the solution. Conducted user interviews and research to define the problem, ideated using brainstorming techniques, and created prototypes. Designed multiple website prototypes using programs like PowerPoint, Mural, InVision and Wix. Presented weekly demo days to show case our work progress. Presented a final pitch presentation to a senior director, program managers, program team members, and mentors. Show less
