Jud's tenure at Prolong was one of note. He came in after a myriad of staff changes in our Finance department - Our parent company had CFO changes, we went through two Controllers and a temporary Head of Finance before Jud engaged full-time with us. He immediately provided a stability that we hadn't had for a few years. Jud assumed ownership of our ERP platform that had been in development for a couple years and gave stability to the entire Financial organization. He is a good mentor, colleague, but more importantly a business advocate and asset to other departments relying on financial support...a true business partner across the enterprise. I'd work with Jud again at any time and at any place.

Judson is one of the smartest professionals that I have ever worked. All the discussions and interactions that we have are very rich and plenty of insights. He is a perfect colleague : both serious and friendly. He really has the ability to adapt himself everywhere. I really recommend him.
