  My research focused on the immunogenicity of the therapeutic monoclonal humanized anti-TNFalpha antibody adalimumab. Patients suffering from rheumatoid arthritis (RA) are often treated with this biological drug for prolonged periodes of time, and some develop anti-antibodies that lower the effect of treatment.
