  Dairy UK is the trade association for the British dairy supply chain. It brings together processors, dairy co-operatives, manufacturers, farmers and bottle milk buyers throughout the United Kingdom. Dairy UK works across a variety of areas to the benefit of its members including: dairy policy, sustainability and environmental issues, public health and supply chain integrity. My role as CEO involves strategic development and general management of the organisation on behalf of its members. It also involves public engagement, stakeholder management, and media communications.
