Senior Integrity Engineer overseeing pipeline/flowline network for production facilities in the Southern Highlands of Papua New Guinea. This network brings production from wells to central facilities and then off-shore for export through the Kumul Marine Terminal in the Gulf of Papua. Manage all aspects of Equipment strategy by defining and documenting Integrity Management Plans (IMP), Integrity Operating Windows (IOW) and Risk Based Inspection programs. Develop and execute 5 year Integrity Management Plan and budgets. Provide technical guidance on Fitness for Service assessments for internal and external damage mechanisms as well as repair/remediation methods for damaged locations.

Facilities Development Engineer

Facility Engineer for Offshore Platform in Cook inlet, working with multiple organizations for the repair/replacement of equipment on the platform. Championed the MOC and PHA process for all projects on the platform to ensure Process Safety. Managed pipeline remediation projects for the subsea and on-shore gas pipelines from the Platform to the LNG plant. Planned and executed platform shut down to perform critical projects to allow for safe pipeline pigging facilities to be installed. Planned and executed first ever smart pigging operations for the sub-sea pipelines from the platform to shore. Worked closely with Offshore Diving company for corrosion and cathodic protection inspection/repairs to subsea pipelines.

Kuparuk Facility Development Engineer

Collaborated with Reservoir, Drilling, Operations representatives as well as Contract Engineering teams to develop initial scoping and plans for potential projects including cost estimates working through FEL0/1 towards single concept selection. Partnered with subject matter experts within ConocoPhillips to include new technology options for project scoping and continued facility development. Progressed West Sak NEWS (heavy oil) development towards single concept for DS3K expansion and new drillsite evaluations with Partners. Utilized Pipesim to create a water injection pipeline model for finding bottlenecks within the water injection systems at Kuparuk.

NSK Drillsite Facility Engineer

Facility infrastructure Engineering support for multiple drill sites at the Kuparuk Field. Coordinated corrosion repairs with site shut-downs to minimize production impacts. Management of Change (MOC) coordinator for projects implemented on the drill sites. Facility Engineering review for O&M as well as Capital projects slated for installation at the drill sites. Promoted standardization of pipeline pigging facilities at the drill sites for pig barrel closures and equalization lines. Worked towards new designs for well house piping supports/floors for wells dealing with subsidence issues to minimize piping stresses.

NSK Field Mechanical Engineer

Knowledge and implementation of ASME piping codes/standards as well as boiler/pressure vessel codes and standards. Reviewed and approved new construction projects as well as maintenance projects for conformation to regulatory codes/standards as well as company criteria and specifications. Worked with DOT regulated pipelines for maintenance and repairs. Evaluation of permanently deformed piping for fitness for service as well as utilizing PipeSim to calculate pipeline stresses for determining when repair of supports is warranted. Reviewed and approved in-service welding and hot tap packages for projects throughout the field. Assist Operations with Mechanical/piping repairs within the facilities. Collaborated with design teams and construction crews for implementation of repairs/new projects to ensure that industry and company codes/standards are followed. Closely worked with Corrosion group to coordinate repair of piping from internal and external corrosion.

Kuparuk Field Production Engineering Technician

Assisted Production Engineers with data gathering for wells with fluid levels and on flow backs. Filled in for Production Engineers with well testing and well work procedure writing. Assisted in development of new Lift Gas Optimization tool (computer program) for use by the Production Engineers. Selection of wells for development of Down Hole Emulsion Breaker project and implementation.

Engineering Development Program (EDP)

Shadowed Field Mechanical Engineer within Discipline Engineering group on the North Slope at Kuparuk. Developed MathCAD PSV sizing calculator for the Discipline Engineering Group. Worked with Production group to develop a water pipeline model in PipeSim for Kuparuk to determine and evaluate potential bottlenecks within the field.
