  Judith is a Leadership Advisor for beginning principals of schools in the Waikato region.She was a principal for 27 years, latterly in the King Country but mostly in Porirua East and in Lower Hutt. Her teaching included time in rural schools.Judith has mentored first time principals for a number of years in the Wellington area and in South Waikato. As a principal, she enjoyed the opportunity to not only lead schools but also to help other leaders grow.In 2014 Judith received accreditation as a facilitator of Open to Learning leadership which allows her to facilitate OTL Leadership workshops
