De Paardenfactor biedt verschillende vormen van coaching en training op het gebied van communicatie, ontwikkeling en samenwerken. Wij bieden dit in verschillende (actieve) vormen aan. Equine assisted coaching is een coaching methode waarbij paarden gebruikt worden als middel om de coachee gemakkelijker te laten komen tot ervaringsgericht leren. Hierbij richten wij ons op persoonlijke en professionele ontwikkeling. Wandelcoaching biedt de mogelijkheid om je niet alleen fysiek, maar ook mentaal in beweging te zetten. Buiten zijn verlaagt je cortisol niveau (marker voor spanning), verlaagt je hartslag en geeft je meer mentale energie. Je zintuigen worden op een andere manier geprikkeld en dit zal je helpen je focus te verleggen en in beweging te komen. Voor bedrijven bieden wij coaching en training aan op het gebied van communicatie, teambuilding en teamcoaching. Ook begeleiden wij individuele werknemers met vragen rondom hun belastbaarheid en professionele ontwikkeling. Wij bieden op een unieke manier teambuilding / -coaching aan en kunnen maatwerk leveren op het gebied van communicatietrainingen. Dit kan met inzet van paarden, maar ook op de eigen werkplek.
