Recent assignments have included justifying and designing a new programme to help people progress who are currently in low skilled jobs and on housing benefit, as part of the 'Whole Place Community Budget' in West London, which has become a successful operational programme. Others have included a review of a local authority' adult and community learning service, the design of an organisational strategy, appropriate vision, values and behaviours, and workshop facilitation.
