From January to July I had the opportunity to see how a PR department works from the inside and in short, I loved it. I have been able to work with different consumer, lifestyle and beauty brands. And from each project I have learned something different. Some examples: HBO - The Last of Us: After the premiere, my responsibility was to organize and categorize all the social media mentions, as well as edit the event report presentation. Databases: I collaborated in unifying the agency's contact databases into a common Excel, which involved manipulating and transferring information from various teams. Giftings: At the HBO Succession series event, I participated in the handling and packaging of 180 gift boxes for attendees, which required the participation of more colleagues. Press releases: During my internship, I collaborated in writing press releases related to a beauty brand for the spring and summer season. Clipping - Zalando: I conducted an intensive search for competitor-related news to present a quarterly report to the brand, helping in the selection of relevant actions for positioning and decision making. Event - Bombay Sapphire: I participated in the preparation of an art exhibition in collaboration with influencers during the Madrid Design Festival. Subsequently, I collaborated in the generation of a report and in the selection and editing of the content. On the other hand, I have also collaborated with the design of influencers proposals for brand actions. My job was to find (through Klear or IG) profiles that followed the style of the brand and the action to be carried out. I have also worked doing reports once these actions are finished to see if the result is positive. Show less

During the summer months of 2022, I was doing a J1 program in Wildwood, New Jersey, working as a Cashier and Bartender. At first, I approached it as a language immersion experience. However, once there I realized how many advantages these programs offer. Not only I improved my skill to communicate among native speakers and other international students, but I learned about their culture and their way of understanding life and work. The second is something that has had a positive impact on me. Overall, it is an experience that I would highly recommend to all students. Show less

During the summer of 2021 I did my curricular internship in a company in the field of microphones and sound. I was working hand in hand with the marketing manager, Irene, who was in charge of teaching me her profession and her day to day. At first, I was challenged by the industry in which the company focuses, since my knowledge of microphones at the time was very limited. However, in a few days I caught up with the industry news. I ended up very happy with both my colleagues and the company, because thanks to these internship I knew I wanted to continue learning about marketing, although in another sector, fashion. Regarding my work as an assistant, I was in charge of updating social networks and the company's blog. On the other hand, I also edited and retouched publications, Photoshop and Illustrator were my day to day. I also wrote press releases and helped the department with whatever they needed. I had to help in the graphic design of the company's catalog since in August a lot of people took their vacations and there was a lot of work to do. I also helped a bit with the translations of the catalogs into different languages. The result of my internship was very advantageous for me because I learned a lot from my colleagues and I realized that I wanted to continue my training to work in a similar department in the fashion industry. Jul 2019 - Sep 2019
My first job was in the summer of 2019. Las Maletas Perdidas, was a second hand clothing store. I was working in the warehouse labeling and pressing garments that came in from auctions. Every week new merchandise came in so I was working four hours a day. It was my first work experience, I learned to appreciate the work behind the clothing stores. It was also my first contact with the fashion industry. My first job was in the summer of 2019. Las Maletas Perdidas, was a second hand clothing store.
