Judy is one of the managers that have had the biggest impact on my career, I thoroughly enjoyed having Judy as my manager for a short period at SP Services. She is fantastic and has high expectations for company growth but also personal development growth of the team as she really trusts and believes in her staff, which I think makes a great leader. She provides the team with a lot of autonomy in the way they want to approach or organise their work and always creates real team spirit! I really value Judy as a manager but also as a person and I can only highly recommend her to anyone.

I have been extremely impressed by Judy’s diligence, well thought out contribution and commercial awareness. Judy made a considerable contribution to a major project without which it would not have been as successful as it turned out to be. I found that I could task Judy with a challenging requirement and be certain in the knowledge that the job would be completed to a high standard with little further involvement from me. Where Judy had to ask questions they were well thought out and all possibilities were considered before the question was raised. Judy is capable of communicating at all levels and implementing ideas and changes from initial conception through to delivery. I believe that Judy can make a significant contribution to any organisation, I thoroughly enjoyed working with her and hope to do so again.
