  Helping clienxts whether it is buying a house, (or a cruise) is basically the same. It is servicing the needs of the clients, and getting them the best "deal" that is out there. For a buyer, it's qualifying their financial position first, and finding the best house that suits their needs. If a client wants to sell instead of buy...getting them the best "deal", or offer still applies, with marketing their property to potential buyers a top priority. My job as a listing agent is to get people to look at the property. In the end, a house has to sell itself, based on location, condition and price. Show less
