  At this company I loved my job. I was responsible for debtors finance and invoicing and work alongside very dinamic managers. I also produced budget forecasts and planned income alongside production. This company maintains a good reputation for quality of their product and for looking very well after their staff. I florished here and will always cherish the work ethic this company has developed in me. I was proud to be assosiated with GRW and only resigned as my family relocated to the coast. I would return in a heartbeat!

  After relocating to Worcester I stayed in the Wine Industry and made Deetlefs Wine Estate almost my second home. I loved the farm with the family and aspecially after relocating from a small town, found new roots here. The cellar, farm, laborotory and bottling is a well run family named cellar that made me bloom on the administrative side of the industry. Up untill now I mainly handled marketing. I descovered my accuracy for accounting and learned a lot. I handled the bookkeeping of all 3 companies up to trial balance under supervision of a finance manager. I learned and maintained inter-loan accounts and developed a "problem-solving" love for challenges. This relaxed environment will always draw me back to farm life. At this stage of my life I wanted to develop further and resigned to join GRW Engineering for greener pastures. To this day I still support and promote Deetlefs and visit whenever I can.
