Duties and Responsibilities • Taking charge of Tender Processes; - Tender Sourcing - Determining tender mandatory and technical requirements - Cross checking and editing proposal responses to ensure they are fully responsive to client’s terms. - Attending pre-bid meetings - Liaising with the solutions team to ensure timely completion and delivery of bid responses. - Making final Proposal, Submitting as well as representing the company in opening meetings. - Following up on business accounts. • Sourcing for business leads • Scheduling Meetings with the existing clients as well as the prospecting clients to internalize on their needs and the available solution. • Responding to clients on business matters. • Updating the manager on the status of current sales account • Maintaining an up to date sales pipeline • Mapping various client personnel and linking them to the manager to take up future consultation regarding business • Doing market research in regard to what we offer and the current trend in the market • Coordinating with finance team on financial matters regarding tenders such as bid bond acquisition. • Organizing for solution presentation to our clients in line with our technical team. • Coordinating with the Admin team on legal matters as well as documentation in relation to tenders. • Looking for business prospects in different countries under various business verticals.
