Supervised team of contractors for shutdowns and casual work. • Mechanical fitting work as required. • Made improvements on chute design by installing deflector plates at areas of increased wear in the chute to improve the product flow and reduce wear on the impact zones. This resulted in improved lifespan of the wear plates and decreased breakdown of the equipment.
