  National Citizen Service – Learn By Design Through liaison with NCS South West Management, the role includes developing and implementing the NCS programme and sales targets. The NCS (National Citizen Service) is a Government funded programme open to all 16/17-year-olds in England. Learn By Design have contracts to deliver the programme to over 1000 young people in 2019. Working within our current team the role will be to assist and develop our South West based programme further. The role will include working in the South West areas (Gloucester, Bristol, Wiltshire, Dorset, Devon and Somerset) delivering assemblies and workshops to over 100 students at a time to promote the programme. During the pandemic, the lots increased as many were working from home. As a senior member of the team, I help look after the South West, London and North East contracted areas.
