In addition to my current projects: Heat Wave, SF Vigilance. I am also writing 'Heat Wave' the novel as well as a fantasy novel named 'Aerius', as well as adding a fine art wing to my company called 'Magpie fine Artworks' and a consultation service un the name Never Take Me Alive Productions. Qualifications/skills: Customer Service- This has always been my primary function. I have worked for eight plus years to ensure that my customers receive and enjoy the best experience possible when they enter the restaurant. Opening/closing- Cleaning and setting up/breaking down the restaurant floor; which includes tasks such as restocking of goods, cleaning of surfaces, inspecting equipment, organizing for the following shift. Training/Scheduling- Training new staff members on the restaurants protocols, training existing staff members on new protocols and equipment; handling the front of house scheduling responsibilities for management as needed. Inventory- Working with management on a weekly and sometimes daily basis to assess current and future inventory levels. Ordering- Taking inventory and ordering supplies through various vendors. Receiving- Checking in, signing in, stocking the front on the house as necessary, and storing goods as necessary. Deliveries- Receiving catering orders, helping to produce catering orders, and delivering the orders. Handling of Money- Being personally responsible for my own bank, as well as helping with counting of the cash drawer and bank deposit bag. Leadership Experience- Handling and taking the lead in absence of management, such as, equipment failures, media relations, personnel issues, staff health emergencies, and customer health emergencies.
