      After Leaving Jacobs I started this company, and successfully completed two large projects in 2009. The first project was a total Renovation that took place in Pawley's Island; the other was to complete a foreclosed property in the Grand Dunes Community in Myrtle Beach combined project assets of $550,000. The Season's tennis center in Murrells Inlet SC is my most recent accomplishment for the commercial side of my business, 3 tennis courts, common areas with bocce, horseshoe, and shuffle board areas, a pro shop and dressing room facility.       As a project manager I run the day to day construction activities of multiple construction projects. Negotiation of contracts, scheduling, and management of construction processes are some of my daily job duties. Currently working on the Commercial Construction of the Half mile North project, which is the redevelopment of a warehouse district located at the 1081 Morrison dr Block of Charleston SC.
