  After Leaving Jacobs I started this company, and successfully completed two large projects in 2009. The first project was a total Renovation that took place in Pawley's Island; the other was to complete a foreclosed property in the Grand Dunes Community in Myrtle Beach combined project assets of $550,000. The Season's tennis center in Murrells Inlet SC is my most recent accomplishment for the commercial side of my business, 3 tennis courts, common areas with bocce, horseshoe, and shuffle board areas, a pro shop and dressing room facility. Custom home completion on the marsh in Murrells Inlet SC completion was spring of 2011 . 6800 square foot elevated home. Pawley's Island Renovation of a beach front home completion spring of 2011.   As a project manager I run the day to day construction activities of multiple construction projects. Negotiation of contracts, scheduling, and management of construction processes are some of my daily job duties. Currently working on the Commercial Construction of the Half mile North project, which is the redevelopment of a warehouse district located at the 1081 Morrison dr Block of Charleston SC. Currently a team member on the commercial development of 1600 meeting street. Another rehab and redevelopment project that is taking place in the upper meeting street district of Charleston SC . The current project consists of three individual buildings, which add up to over 20,000 square feet of space. Ware house conversion completion Oct 2013 of 796 Meeting St. 9600 square foot facility which now is home to SIB development. Historic Renovation completion of an 1860 home located on Bogard St . Charleston SC , with two apartments upstairs and an art gallery down stairs. Ware house conversion completion of 90 Brigade St, which is now home to Bird Decorative Hardware . 9600 square foot warehouse conversion with an active water display wall. 1910 Complete Renovation in progress of a home located on Line St. Charleston SC. 1925 Complete Renovation in progress located on Carolina St. Charleston SC New Home development consisting of 3 units located on President St, this is an urban infill project that we are currently building. Main job focus is the Naphtha Manufacturing Status Report which is a full project analysis of labor and project productivity on a weekly basis. Reporting the current job status consists of measuring production quantities against the agreed contracted budget and from those comparisons forecast the remaining life and cost of the job.
